Refund policy

If you're not happy with your BrewSling for any reason, we'll sort it out. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition. If something arrived damaged or faulty, we want to know immediately — we'll make it right. To start a return, email us at hello@getbrewsling.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
